Title: Cancel the Appointment of Michael Shaw, Associate Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Government Services and Appoint as Associate Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Finance

Summary: Orders, effective September 15, 2009:

(a) that the appointment of Michael Shaw, Associate Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Government Services, which was made pursuant to Your Honour’s Order 863/2008, dated December 18, 2008 is cancelled;

(b) the transfer of a position to the unclassified division of the Public Service, “Associate Deputy Minister” in the Ministry of Finance;

(c) the appointment of Michael Shaw, Associate Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Finance, at a salary of $183,564 per annum; and

(d) that the said Michael Shaw shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract attached as Schedule A to Your Honour’s Order 627/2003, dated August 12, 2003.
