Summary: Orders that the Minister of Environment is approved to enter into an agreement, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with Northern Tree Co. Inc., whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $148,500 for the purpose of elm tree removal and beetle management services to control Dutch elm disease.
