Title: Cancel the Appointment of Clare Isman, Chairperson, Public Service Commission and Appoint as Deputy Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour, in the Ministry of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour

Summary: Orders, effective June 17, 2009:

(a) that the appointment of Clare Isman, Chairperson, Public Service Commission, which was made pursuant to Your Honour’s Order 508/2004, dated July 27, 2004 is cancelled;

(b) the appointment of Clare Isman, Deputy Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour, in the Ministry of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour, at a salary of $180,048 per annum in the Deputy Minister Level 3 salary range $151,104 to $196,416; and

(c) that the said Clare Isman shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract attached as Schedule A to Your Honour’s Order 508/2004, dated July 27, 2004.
