Title: Cancel the Appointment of Marian Kathleen Zerr, Associate Deputy Minister to the Executive Council, Cabinet Planning, in the Department of Executive Council and Appoint as Deputy Minister of Social Services, in the Ministry of Social Services

Summary: Orders, effective June 17, 2009:

(a) that the appointment of Marian Kathleen Zerr, Associate Deputy Minister to the Executive Council, Cabinet Planning, in the Department of Executive Council, which was made pursuant to Your Honour’s Order 939/2007, dated November 23, 2007 is cancelled;

(b) the appointment of Marian Kathleen Zerr, Deputy Minister of Social Services, in the Ministry of Social Services, at a salary of $212,124 per annum in the Deputy Minister Level 4 salary range $166,200 to $216,060; and

(c) that the said Marian Kathleen Zerr shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract attached as Schedule A to Your Honour’s Order 939/2007, dated November 23, 2007.
