Title: Director of Residential Tenancies and Provincial Mediation Board

Summary: Orders:
(a) That the appointment of Terrance Chinn, Regina, as Director of Residential Tenancies is cancelled, effective June 15, 2009; and
(b) That the appointment of Terrance Chinn, Regina as member and Chairperson of the Provincial Mediation Board is cancelled, effective June 15, 2009;
(c) That the appointments of the following persons as hearing officers pursuant to The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 are cancelled:
Jo-Anne E. Bernath, Saskatoon
David Slinn, Regina
Darlene N. Wingerak, Saskatoon
Trevor W. Klassen, Prince Albert
(d) That Dale Beck, Regina, is appointed as Director of Residential Tenancies, effective June 15, 2009, to serve at pleasure;
(e) That Dale Beck, Regina, is appointed as a member and designated as Chairperson of the Provincial Mediation Board, effective June 15, 2009, to serve at pleasure;
(f) That Terrance Chinn, Regina, is appointed as Deputy Director of Residential Tenancies effective June 15, 2009, to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding June 30, 2009;
(g) That remuneration for Terrance Chinn, while serving as Deputy Director of Residential Tenancies continues to be the amount approved to be paid to him as Director of Residential Tenancies by Your Honour’s Order 827/2006, dated October 31, 2006;
(h) That Terrance Chinn is appointed as a hearing office to serve at pleasure, effective July 1, 2009 for a term not to exceed December 31, 2009;
(i) That as a consequence of the above, effective June 15, 2009 the following persons have been appointed the Director of Residential Tenancies and the Deputy Directors of Residential Tenancies pursuant to The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 to serve at pleasure for a term not exceeding the date set out opposite his or her name:
