Summary: On filing date, these regulations will amend SR 109/2008 to renumber subsection 77(4) to ensure that the regulations which allow smoking of self-employed persons or workers in certain workplaces and camp living accommodations, and workers in a vehicle to smoke, apply only to those situations where all three of the following conditions apply:
- the enclosed area or vehicle is primarily used by only one self-employed person or worker;
- the self-employed person or worker has the permission of the owner or lessor of the area or vehicle; and
- another self-employed person or worker is not present at the time.
