Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to be known as the “Foreign Credential Recognition Program Contribution Agreement”, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, in a total amount not to exceed $1,620,000, for the period April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2012; and

(b) That the Minister of Advanced Education, Employment and Labour is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
