Title: Appoint Sherri Fowler, Portfolio Officer, in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (Term Position)

Summary: Orders:

(a) the transfer of a position to the unclassified division of the Public Service, “Portfolio Officer” in the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner;

(b) the appointment of Sherri Fowler to the above mentioned position, at a salary of $5,874 per month aligned to the Management Classification and Compensation Plan Level 7 salary range $5,874 - $7,637, such salary to be calculated as and from April 13, 2009, or such date following on which she reports for duty until October 30, 2009; and

(c) the said position and the said Sherri Fowler shall be subject to the following Regulations made under The Public Service Act, 1998: Part III, Regulation 24.1; Part IV, Regulations 30, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 44; Part V, Regulations 45-49 and 51-91; Part VI, Regulations 92 and 92; and Part VII.
