Title: Federal-Provincial Agreement – Flood and Seepage Easement

Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of an agreement between the Government of Saskatchewan and the Government of Canada to be known as the “Flood and Seepage Easement” involving certain provincial lands, more particularly an 11.8 acre portion of SE 13-29-32 W1M, more or less; and

(b) That the Minister of Agriculture is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan
