Summary: Orders:

(a) Approval of the terms of the Agricultural Market Programs Act, Advance Payments Program/Advance Guarantee Agreement to Pay Interest Agreement for the 2009-2010 program year, substantially in the form of Schedule A attached hereto, allowing Saskatchewan to administer the interest only portion under the Federal Advance Payment Program for the 2009-2010 program year; and

(b) That the Minister of Agriculture is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.
