Title: The Municipalities Amendment Regulations, 2009

Minister: Minister of Municipal Affairs

Summary: On filing date but retroactive on and from January 1, 2009, these regulations will amend RRS M-36.1 Reg 1 to create a Hotel and Motel class of assessment for the purpose of applying separate mill rate factors to these properties in the 2009 and 2010 taxation years.
