Title: The Firearm Safety/Hunter Education Regulations, 2009

Summary: On filing date, these regulations (RRS W-13.12 Reg 2) will:

- clarify the minimum instruction time required for the provincial hunter safety and education program;
- remove the reference to the maximum fee that may be charged per student for enrolment in a course; and
- specify a specific date whereby persons born after that date are subject to the mandatory training requirement in order to obtain a hunting licence.
