Summary: Order the Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with New Concept Industries Ltd., whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not exceeding $156,486.63 for the purpose of the fabrication and delivery of steel framed picnic tables and barbecues for use in various parks and recreation sites throughout the province.
