Summary: Approve the attached Authorization Order issued by the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission which is effective October 1, 2008 and which authorizes that Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada to do any act or thing required or permitted to be done by the Director pursuant to Part VI of The Securities Act, 1988 or the regulations in connection with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada Dealer Members and Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada Dealer Member Representatives on the conditions set out in the attached Authorization Order.
