Summary: Further to Your Honour’s Orders 280/2004 (May 4, 2004) and 716/2006 (August 29, 2006):

A) approve the terms of the Canada-Saskatchewan Framework Agreement on the National Water Supply Expansion Program Amending Agreement No. 3 between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A; and

B) authorize the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister Responsible for the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority to execute the said Agreement.
