Title: Valent BioSciences (Canada) Ltd. Funding Agreement for $338,000 – Delivery of Spray Activities

Summary: Authorize the Minister of Environment, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with Valent BioSciences (Canada) Ltd., whereby the government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not exceeding $338,000 for the purpose of providing 30,000 litres of the biological insecticide Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki and technical support services to ensure effective delivery of spray activities.
