B) Pursuant to section 27 of The Provincial Lands Act and section 4 of The Crown Resource Land Regulations, approve the sale by the Minister of Environment of the provincial land identified below to Rusty’s Wilderness Lodge (2003) Ltd. for the total price of $30,000:
