Title: Nature Conservancy of Canada, Berne Roger Rioux Hicke and Government of Saskatchewan Agreement for $70,000

Summary: Authorize the Minister of Environment, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Schedule A, with the Nature Conservancy of Canada and Berne Roger Rioux Hicke, whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $70,000 for the purpose of securing land to protect wildlife and the sustainable development of natural resources.
