Title: Nature Conservancy of Canada and David Roy and Saphyre Ash Agreement for $207,500

Summary: Authorize the Minister of Environment, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, to enter into agreements, substantially in the form of the attached Schedules A and B, with the Nature Conservancy of Canada and David Roy Ash and Saphyre Ash, whereby the Government is liable to make an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $207,500 for the purpose of securing land to protect wildlife and the sustainable development of natural resources.
