formerly under The Mineral Resources Act, 1959 which was repealed by The Crown Minerals Act (C-50.2), but these Regulations continue in force under The Crown Minerals Act.

Saskatchewan Regulations 559/64 (effective November 6, 1964) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 50/87, 73/92, 81/94 and 12/2012; and by the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 2006, c.25.
