L-1 Reg 8 - The Conditions of Employment Regulations

formerly under The Labour Standards Act which was repealed by Chapter S-15.1 of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 2013 (effective April 29, 2014). These Regulations continue in force under The Saskatchewan Employment Act (S-15.1).

Chapter L-1 Reg 8 (effective September 1, 2005) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 105/2007, 136/2008, 64/2009, 54/2011 and 74/2012, and c.S-15.1 Reg 3.
