An Application for Transfer (Part I - Surrender) may be used to surrender specific titles or to surrender titles to an existing parcel, condominium unit or mineral commodity. This application can also be used to surrender the title(s) to source parcels on an approved plan, such as a consolidation, subdivision or condominium. Each new title being created under the Surrender/Setup transaction requires a separate Application for Transfer (Part II – Setup).
