  Game Allocation Framework
The Game Allocation Framework document is a component of the overarching Game Management Plan.
  Game Management Plan
The GMP Core Document provides an overview of why a strategic plan is necessary, how the plan was developed and the fundamental principles that will guide game management activities in the province. The Core Document also frames the fundamental considerations required in game management such as habitat conservation on Crown and private lands, species conservation and management, allocation of game resources, regulatory compliance, awareness and associated enforcement, public involvement and the impacts of climate change.
Saskatchewan Wildlife Management Report - 2016
When managing wildlife populations, the demographics of the population are considered, including whether the population is increasing or decreasing, and whether the population has the necessary components (e.g. age structure, reproductive capabilities, etc.) to achieve the goals being set. Managers must also consider the variables that are acting on the population, such as environmental conditions, infectious diseases and habitat availability. Wildlife managers must also consider the needs and wants of the public and how best to mitigate these interactions for positive outcomes.
  Saskatchewan Wildlife Management Report 2017
This is an update on the status of white-tailed deer, mule deer, elk, moose, pronghorn, black bear, barren-ground Caribou, Woodland Caribou, plains bison, upland gam birds, waterfowl, furbearers, gray wolf, and cougar.
  Upland Game Bird Management Plan
The Saskatchewan Upland Game Bird Management Plan outlines a framework for how upland game birds will be managed in the province over the next 10 years, with particular emphasis on the thresholds developed to trigger a change in management strategy.
