Exempt Sale Retailers - List of Registered On-Reserve Stores - Last Updated May 2018. Note: On-reserve retailers must be registered to purchase and sell black stock tobacco products. Once approved, they are added to the List of Registered On-Reserve Stores. Licensed tobacco wholesalers may obtain additional information regarding the registration status of retailers, including stores not yet added to the list, by calling 1-800-667-6102, extension 1286 or 2567.
