Publications Saskatchewan manages Publications Centre, and government ministries or related agencies participate by contributing publications to the catalogue.


Inquiries regarding a specific publication should be made to the corresponding agency; contact information can be found beside each publication. For general inquiries about the Publications Centre website, select the Contact Us link at the top right of the screen.


For each publication, you may have an option to view, print or download the electronic version by selecting the Free Download button which is displayed under the Description box.

If you are unable to open and view the electronic version, please see the Technical Requirements section below.


For each publication, you may have an option to purchase different formats (i.e. CD, DVD, Print Copies, Books, etc.). Select the Add to Cart link to place the publication in the format you wish into your online Shopping Cart. You will be able to add more items, increase quantities or remove the item from your Cart before Check Out.

Once a publication has been added to the cart you will see the following screen. Refer to the INFORMATION section below to increase quantity, Continue Shopping or Check Out. To remove an item from your Cart, select the trash bin icon beside the item, or to cancel the entire order, select the Cancel Order button and close your browser. To edit profile information, access in the left hand “RESOURCES” navigation. You will also be able to track your order from this section (see My Account section below).


To complete your purchase, select or the Check Out text link in the left hand “SHOPPING CART” navigation. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to enter your login information or set up a new account.


Here you can set up a new account or login to an existing account. If you have an account but have forgotten the password, we will email it to you. The Login screen displays as follows:



To complete your purchase you will be prompted to enter Billing (and subsequently Shipping) information.

Once completed you have the option of clicking the box next to the “Shipping Address is the Same as Billing Address” and then selecting to go directly to the Payment Screen, the final stage of the checkout process OR going to the Shipping screen, if your shipping information is different from billing, then onto the Payment Screen to complete your purchase.


To purchase your items you will see the following screen:

At this screen you can change your personal information (Billing and Shipping Information) by selecting Edit ( ) and/or enter your Credit Card Information (Number, select type, and Expiry Date) then select . This pre-authorizes the purchase and provides you with a confirmation that we have received the information for processing.


You will see an Order Confirmation screen appear with all relevant information to your purchase, as shown below. You will also receive an automatic Order Confirmation email.

This and/or the email will provide you with an Order Number which you can refer to if you need to contact Publications Centre.


Within the Shopping Cart you can also perform other actions including:

  1. Access My Account (under “Resources” in left hand navigation) to login with an existing account, set up a new account, edit profile information, view/print invoices of previous purchases, track your current order (see below section ) and/or retrieve lost password for an already existing account;
  2. Logout of an account (upper section of left hand navigation);
  3. Review the items in your Shopping Cart.


Under My Account, each of your orders will show an Order Status for you to track:

Order Status Details
Received Your order has been received successfully and your credit card has been pre-authorized.
Processing Your order is in the process of being fulfilled but is not yet completed.
Completed Your order has been reviewed, items are shipped and your credit card has been charged the required funds.
Error/Cancelled The order was unsuccessful due to:
  1. Declined card via Financial Institution
  2. Cancelled through your intervention
  3. Cancelled by Queen’s Printer / Publications Centre staff, OR
  4. Error occurred during the submission of your order (e.g. over limit)


When selecting the , you need the free software Adobe Reader (or another free PDF Reader which is available online) which allows you to access files in PDF (Portable Document Format). If you have a PDF Reader installed on your machine but are experiencing problems, please install the latest version of the Reader. You may also have to uninstall the old Reader.
